Licence Plate Recognition (LPR)

FiveCo is a leader in Licence Plate Recognition Software for road radars.

The library (DLL) can be embedded in any existing software. Its input is a digital image, and the output is the characters chain of the licence plate found in the image.

The image processing, in this particular case, is divided into two parts : the plate search within the image and the extraction of its characters.
